An innovative solution to disaster relief and remote areas. This device uses military grade highly-efficient CIGS module allows for power to be deployed and literally rolled out to remote locations. The system is self-contained unit inclusive of storage and comes in a range of capacities. These heavy-duty devices are suited to any environment and unlike CIGS’s crystalline cousins are not prone to micro-cracks. As with other CIGS modules, these deployable devices work well in low-light conditions, less than perfect angles of incidence and have a lower temperature coefficient than silicon-based solar modules.

The CESS is utilized for various applications such as peak shaving, frequency regulation, integration with renewable energy, micro-grids, and UPS. It can store 250kWh – 4MWh of energy in transferable 20ft/ 40ft/ 53ft ISO container. Due to the high-energy density of the Superior Lithium Polymer Battery, the CESS can store more energy in a given footprint than any other battery storage system: The KCE can be connected in parallel to increase the total energy available to 10MWh.
