Quality Lead Procurement

Qi-energy provides regional support for owners, developers and EPC contractors who are looking to procure solar modules from China. Our QLP services audits module BOM’s to ensure the very best regional specification and includes a 100% EL Image review to safeguard against micro cracks. Inspections are carried out during manufacture, pre and post shipping and after installation to maximize module efficiency.

MIPV Consultancy

We work with transport authorities, private companies and vehicle owners/operators to design integrated mobility focused generation & storage solutions. Qi-energy has extensive experience in the architecture of regional MIPV pilots for key stakeholders with large fleets or singular land/water based vehicles. We understand the need for controlling data collection, operational norms and human interaction to ensure accurate, bankable results

Solar Health Checks

Our E2E solar health check is an on site service designed to audit module quality in installed or on going solar projects. We use a random sampling method to select modules for inspection and create a profile of the project categorizing micro cracks and module faults to predict future generation degradation. Module are EL imaged using our state of the art mobile lab and catalogued into a comprehensive, easy to understand, report.

BIPV Consulting

The integration of solar into the built environment has its own set of unique challenges. Qi-energy offers support to clients, developers, architects, engineers, contractors and fabricators on the integration of BIPV systems into buildings. We have extensive experience of modern building envelopes across a wide range of solutions and are well placed to support design and technical queries.
